1.Report
Describe the problem, add a photo if you can, and mark the place. No account needed.
2.Sort
Akhra suggests a category, even if you wrote in Hindi or Hinglish, and checks whether someone nearby has already reported it.
3.Decide
Your district officer checks it and sends it to a department (21 days) or a university team.
4.Solve
The department fixes it, or a university team, with industry support, builds and tests a solution.
5.Close
You confirm it is fixed, or reopen it within 30 days.
